A few words about the psychologist
Catherine Lalaouni is a graduate of Psychology from the University of East London and a licensed psychologist, with studies focused on modern scientific approaches to human behavior and mental health.
As part of her continuous professional development, she specialized in Emotional Trauma through training at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, deepening her understanding of the mechanisms of traumatic experience and therapeutic interventions based on scientifically evidence-based practices.
As part of her further training, she studied Meditation and Mindfulness at Aegean College, integrating modern techniques for emotional regulation and enhancing psychological resilience into her therapeutic work.
Her training is complemented by a diploma in School Psychology from the University of the Aegean. She places particular emphasis on providing therapeutic support to parents of adolescents who display delinquent or highly oppositional behaviors, offering guidance and a safe space to process the emotions, concerns, and guilt that often accompany these challenges.
